De nieuwe indeling geeft de organisatie de mogelijkheid om beter tegemoet te komen aan de wensen van de beursdeelnemers. Ook is er meer speelveld voor optimaal toegankelijke live­demonstraties. Dat komt volgens de organisatie eveneens ten goede aan de veiligheid van bezoekers. De beurs is de eerste dag van 9.00 uur tot 18.00 uur geopend en de tweede dag sluit de vakbeurs haar deuren om 17.00 uur.
