Afgelopen jaar testte de fabrikant in Nederland 1,4SIGHT op praktijkschaal uit op diverse locaties. Juryoordeel: 1,4SIGHT is een totale nieuwe actieve stof, echt innovatief, laat geen residu na en kan een grote impact op de markt veroorzaken. Het betreft tevens een nieuwe manier van denken om kiemen natuurlijk onder controle, in dit geval met hormonen. JASA met 2-in-1 Pack JASA heeft gelet op de veranderingen in de verpakkingsbehoefte van aardappelen en groenten een verpakkingsmachine ontwikkeld die twee soorten verpakkingen tegelijk kan vullen. Als het om aardappelen gaat verdwijnen inmiddels allerlei producten in de zak. Van geschilde hele aardappelen tot partjes, schijven, blokjes, frites en niet te vergeten chips. Nu willen verpakkers tegenwoordig soms meer dan alleen het basisproduct aanbieden. Graag voegen ze daar nog zaken als sauzen, dressings, tafelgerei, gadgets en/of een bereidingswijze aan losses, according to the manufacturer. JASA with 2-in-1 Pack In the light of changes in the requirements for packaging vegetables and potatoes, JASA has developed a packaging machine that can fill two types of packaging at the same time. Where potatoes are concerned, a variety of products are now packaged in bags. From whole, peeled potatoes to segments, slices, cubes, French fries and last but not least crisps. Nowadays, however, packagers want to offer more than only the basic potato products. They’d like to add a few more things like sauces, dressings, cutlery, gadgets and/or preparation method. They can now do that, all at the same time, with one machine that’s been developed by JASA. Tijdens PotatoEurope zal ook de uitslag van de Innovation Award bekend worden gemaakt.
